Constructive Thinking

The essence of the constructive thinking is the intention to turn any problem into a solution, into something new and positive, bypassing negative emotions. It is, first of all, the intention to act constructively and not to give a negative assessment of happening. We can choose how we will react to the problem situation. Any problem can be presented in a new meaning and turned from negative to positive. It is very important to develop a strategy of behavior in such situations. Often, when we are in a problem situation, emotions grab us and we can lose control. But we can prepare ourselves in advance and, best of all, rehearse how we will respond to the problems.

When we succumb to negative emotions, it can deplete us both energetically and morally. But, restrain and suppress emotions is unsafe and harmful for health (both physical and mental). Emotions are energy. We can not suppress our energy. Anyway, later it will come out and the consequences will be devastating for us. Without exit, it will accumulate, stagnate and provoke various diseases. But, energy can be transformed. It can be directed to some action, to something useful and, thereby, realized. The main thing is to form a skill for this. When you feel that emotions are coming on you like a wave, say yourself ‘stop’ and start thinking about how to act in your situation. So, you will be on the crest of the wave.

Instead of experiencing irritation and aggression, when a problem arises, direct your energy to finding solutions, but not to worries.

Our energy follows our thoughts. If we think of the something  unpleasant, we intensify unpleasant experiences, as well, thinking about the pleasant, reinforcing the pleasant and do not give nourishment to unpleasant emotions.

Thinking about the pleasant, we are charged with energy. We get emotional charge to act. It mean, thinking correctly, we can control our physical state. So, the problem becomes a stimulus for our development.

Life contains pleasant and unpleasant things, the world is arranged in this way. It is the law of conservation of energy, which manifests itself in all spheres of human life. Thus, when we have trouble, this is our small “payment” for great success. If we understand this mechanism, we do not worry about troubles.

Suppose you have a goal. When something unpleasant happens, just note for yourself that it is a payment for achieving your goal.

Troubles help us maintain the balance and to have all the good things that we have in our life.

Such thinking can release you from the circle of problems and bring you to a higher level of being.
